Chris Hood

Chris Hood began his moving career at the young age of 18, working for Mayflower and Rainier Moving Systems throughout his career, while also aquiring his Class-A driving license. In 2009 Chris bought his first two trucks, and decided to open the doors of A2B Moving & Storage. With his extensive knowledge in the moving industry, Chris knew he could offer quality services, at an affordable price. While Chris is not on the day-to-day trucks anymore, he does often still takes shipments out of state, and hauls under his Class-A license.

Laurene Hood

Laurene Hood has a background in customer services, prior to A2B Moving she was working as an Executive Assistant at Renton Technical College, and then at the Renton School District. She left there in 2012, to take on the business full-time. She now runs our day-to-day operations, and does all of our on-site estimates as well. 

In her free time, you can find her in the garden, tending to her 20+ chickens, watching sports and hanging out with her grandchildren. 

Samantha Peltier

Samantha Peltier is the daughter of Chris and Laurene Hood. She has been with the business for 10 years now, and is often the first point of contact you make when you call in to our office. She handles local, in-state and out-of-state relocations, and oversees our warehouse operations. 

In her free time, you can find her spending time with her 3 children and attending their sport activities, and she also loves coaching high school cheerleading. 

Cheyenne Peltier

Cheyenne Peltier is the daughter of Chris and Laurene Hood. She has been with the business for 6 years.  She works part-time now, while also being a SAHM to her 18-month old son. She handles in coming calls, and local moves, and also in charge of our social media accounts.

In her free time, you can find her spending time with her young family, watching the Seahawks play, or reading a new and exciting book.
